Which areas do you service?
Most of our work is focused within the greater Sydney area, however we do occasionally travel outside of Sydney and even interstate for special projects or events. Please feel free to share the details of your project so we can provide you with an accurate quote tailored to your specific needs.

Can you also provide video content?
Yes of course, video is a very popular medium at the moment. We use cameras equipped with 4K video capabilities, along with gimbals, tripods, lighting and microphones for high quality footage.

How long does it take to receive my content?
Typically, you can expect to receive images within 48 hours of your shoot. If you have an urgent need for some express content in a shorter timeframe, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Edited video may take a little longer to deliver.

How much notice do you need to book a shoot?
Booking lead times depend heavily on our current schedule and availability. Ideally, providing at least one month's notice is best to secure your preferred date and time. That said, there are times when we have openings may become available at shorter notice, so it’s always worth reaching out to check.

What format will you supply the content in?
The most common format we supply images in is JPEG, perfect for web use and social media sharing. While we always shoot in RAW to capture the highest possible quality, we convert the final edits into JPEGs for ease of use. For video, we typically shoot in 4K C-LOG, and convert to HD after editing for distribution. If you require the content in another format or resolution, please let us so we can accommodate your specific needs.

Do I own the content from the shoot?
Yes, you will own all the content from your shoot, giving you full rights to use it as you see fit. We do kindly request permission to use some of the content for our website portfolio and marketing materials, which helps showcase our work to new clients.

How do I make payment?
Payments can be made conveniently via bank deposit or credit/savings card. After confirming your booking, we will issue an invoice that provides all the details for completing your payment through either method.
