What areas do you service?
Most of my work is within the Sydney greater area, but I do from time to time travel out of Sydney and also interstate. Let me know what your project is so I can quote accordingly.
Do you also do video?
Yes, I have cameras with 4K video capabilities as well as other equipment such as gimbals and microphones. Please note that video is NOT included in the package pricing, so please be sure to let me know what your requirements are so I can quote accordingly.
How long does it take to get my images?
Generally 72 hours but if you need some express images faster than that, just let me know so I can accomodate.
How much notice do you need to book a shoot?
It really depends on my availability, but the earlier you book me the better. Ideally, at least a months notice is good, but sometimes I do have spaces available sooner than that.
What format will you supply the images in?
JPEG is the most popular for web and social media use. I shoot everything in RAW and then edit and convert to JPEG, but if you need the files in a certain format just let me know so I can accomodate.
Do I own the images from the shoot?
Yes. I’ll hand over all the final edited images for you to use how you see fit. I do however ask that I can use some of of the images for my website portfolio.
How do you accept payment?
You can pay by bank deposit or savings/credit card. Once the job is confirmed, I’ll issue you an invoice with details to make payment for either of these methods. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining 80% being due before the day of the shoot.
